I’m Dayna, a Registered Physiotherapist with a special focus in both Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. You might also know me as Pro Pelvic Physio on Facebook and Instagram.

I provide one-on-one, patient-centered care at Pro Physio in Sudbury’s South End. My approach is rooted in individualized treatment plans, aiming to support you in achieving your unique goals and your best physical health and function.
